 Spinach
 Black farro, cooked (or your choice of whole grain)
 Millet, cooked (or your choice of whole grain)
 ½ Mango, sliced
 2 tbsp Goat cheese
 Pepitas
 Walnuts
Dressing
 4 oz Darista Dips Roasted Beet Hummus
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Whisk dressing ingredients together, then toss with cooked whole grains. Serve over a bed of fresh spinach topped with sliced mango, goat cheese crumbles, walnuts and pepitas.
