Introducing Darista: A modern hummusiya

Darista is inspired by Israeli street food and hummus bars. Our hummusiya features our flagship hummus as the foundation for each plate, on which we build bold layers of world flavor with ingredients ranging from bright roasted veggies to protein-packed herby falafel, giving each plate (and palate) a unique, worldly experience. Dishes are finished with a fun twist on tabouli salad or other salatim (side salad), and served with housemade za’atar-dusted pita bread and side pickles. Partnering with local farms provides the freshest and best-tasting ingredients for our menu. We are proud to launch the first hummusiya concept in Ohio in Columbus’ Cameron Mitchell operated, Budd Dairy Food Hall. Join us in helping convince Columbus that hummus can be the centerpiece to amazing dishes!
