
4 cups lentils, cooked
8 oz Darista Dips Moroccan Carrot
juice of one lemon
¼ cup water
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
handful parsley or cilantro, chopped

Whisk together carrot hummus, lemon juice, and water.
Pour over the lentils and diced bell peppers and cucumber.
Toss with parsley and serve on top of greens, couscous, rice, or toast.
