1 packet whole wheat flour tortillas
8 oz Darista Dips Roasted "Red Pepper" Hummus
Mozzarella or Chihuahua cheese
Avocado
Optional: shredded chicken, sauteed onion or pepper

Spread hummus on one side of the tortilla. Add sliced avocado and any other toppings you might want. Top with mozzarella or chihuahua cheese. Fold and toast both sides of the quesadilla on a skillet. Top with cilantro and lime.
